Q: Can I submit an offer to purchase one of the land parcels on Owner Terms's website that is less than the purchase price? Can I offer different Owner Terms that will work for me?
A: Yes potential buyers can submit an offer to purchase one of our land listings with their best offer. They can do this by using the "Make Us An Offer Form" below.
Q: How will I know if my offer is accepted?
A: Someone will contact you within the next 24-48 hours with our answer. Obviously, the closer to the purchase price or terms we offer, the more chances your offer will be successful and accepted. Once accepted, a binding real estate land sales contract or sales agreement will be sent out by mail to the buyer. The buyer will be required to pay their down payment to hold the property by either paying with a credit card or debit card through our secure online merchant account or by sending a money order/personal check. Once your payment has cleared, we will put a PENDING sign on the listing and send out your land package and contract for you to review.
Q: What important information will you need from me to consider my offer?
A: Just fill out the "Make Us An Offer Form " below. The most important information we will need is the street name of the property you are interested in. Your phone number and e-mail address. Also the purchase price and/ or terms you need. One of our reps will contact you within 24 to 48 hrs after you have made your offer.
